Chris Brown appeals from the judgment of sentence of the trial court following his bench trial convictions of possession of a controlled substance (13.02 grams of cocaine) with intent to deliver and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Pursuant to 18 Pa.C.S. § 7508(a)(3)(ii) appellant was sentenced to a three-to-six year term of imprisonment and ordered to pay a $15,000.00 fine regarding his conviction of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Appellants sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia was "guilty without further penalty."
